How do we book?
Simply contact us through our enquiry form. Once your date is confirmed available, a £50 holding fee secures your booking.
Is the holding fee refundable?
No, the holding fee is non-refundable, as it reserves your date exclusively. However, it is deducted from your total package price.
When are payments due?
50% of the package price is due on the wedding day (minus your £50 holding fee), and the final balance is due 1 week before your wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
No
What happens if we cancel?
After the first payment is made, 60% of that payment is refundable if cancellation occurs more than one month before the wedding. Within one month of the wedding date, payments are non-refundable.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Preview images are delivered within 48 hours. Full galleries are delivered within the timeframe stated in your package agreement.
Can we customise our package?
Absolutely. We offer add-ons and upgrades so you can tailor your coverage to suit your day perfectly.
Do you travel?
Yes, we cover weddings nationwide and destination weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
How long will the photo shoot last?
The duration depends on the type of shoot and package you choose:
- Wedding shoots: 2–12 hours depending on your selected package
- Maternity, family, or lifestyle shoots: Typically 1- 1.5 hours
Each session is designed to give enough time to capture beautiful, high-quality images without feeling rushed.
How do you choose photos for retouching?
After your session, I carefully review all the images and select the best ones based on composition, lighting, and overall quality. These selected photos then receive high-end retouching to enhance colours, details, and overall aesthetics while keeping the images natural and authentic.
Can I choose my preferred style for the shoot?
Absolutely! You can select the style you prefer, candid, natural, editorial and I will tailor the session to match your vision.
Can I include extra services like a stylist or makeup artist?
Yes! Stylist, hairdresser, and makeup artist services are available for an additional fee. Dress rentals are also available for maternity and lifestyle shoots.
Can the shoot take place at home or outdoors?
Yes! Sessions can be at home, outdoors, or in a studio. Travel fees apply for home visits, and studio fees are separate.
How will I receive my photos?
All images are delivered digitally via a Google Drive download link. Optional prints, albums, and framed pictures are available depending on your package.
Do you offer video coverage?
Yes! Wedding packages include videography services, and you can also add behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos for an extra fee.
