Payment & Booking Policy
To secure your wedding date, a £50 non-refundable holding fee is required at the time of booking. This fee reserves your date and is deducted from your total package price once the first payment is made.
Payment Schedule
• Holding fee: £50 (due at booking)
• First payment: 50% of package price (minus holding fee)
• Final payment: Remaining balance due one week before the wedding
Cancelation Policy
• After the first payment, 40% is refundable if cancellation occurs more than one month before the wedding date.
• Within one month of the wedding date, payments are non-refundable.
By booking with us, you agree to these payment and cancellation terms. Payments confirm acceptance of our full terms and conditions.
